Description: NM DOT’s Records Custodian has microfilm copies of all the original project files, dating from the 1920s to the present, for contracted road and highway construction in New Mexico. Each file contains design elements, environmental assessments, bid letting information, correspondence between contractors and the State Highway Department/DOT, change orders, right-of-way documentation indicating land purchases, and the final “as-built” plan sets.
